As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr. Shah plays a key leadership role, overseeing the company's financial operations and steering its strategic direction. He is focused on driving sustainable financial growth and advancing the company's business development initiatives.

Mrs. Ami Mihir Shah, serves as a Woman Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director on the Board. With her keen insight and active involvement in strategic discussions, she contributes meaningfully to the company's governance and decision-making processes.

Retired in Top Executive Grade in 2019 and since working as Senior Vice President (Debt Syndication) with Pranjal Corporate Services, an Investment Boutique Firm in Mumbai.

Specialized in the domain of Corporate Credit, Stress Asset Management, Risk Management, Branch Management.

Played a key role in arranging high value credit requirement of various Listed and Large/Medium Corporates.

Guided many Corporate Houses for improvisation in Balance sheet and reduction of funding cost, etc.

Headed various large size branches of SBI & gained adequate expertise of Administration and resources management.
